Adam Levine is at a loss for words.

The Maroon 5 frontman took to Twitter on Saturday, gushing over a video that has recently gone viral of a fan singing one of the pop rock band’s tunes from a hospital.

While in the intensive care unit at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital awaiting surgery, 16-year-old Will Hunt from Chattanooga, Tennessee, covered Maroon 5′s 2002 hit, “She Will Be Loved.”

In the video, which was uploaded to YouTube and Twitter by Hunt’s brother, Mac, the McCallie Prep School sophomore flawlessly belts out the catchy track, accompanied by his father on guitar.

Levine got hold of the video and gave Hunt’s sweet rendition of the song a raving review.

“It’s hard to express with words what it feels like to know you’ve helped someone in this way,” the 37-year-old singer wrote. “So instead, I’ll just share. Nice job kid.

Hunt later re-tweeted Levine’s message, writing, “I can’t breathe, oh my god. Thank you so much, I am your number 1 fan. This is CRAZY.”

According to the description on the video, Hunt was recently diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, a disease of the heart muscle, which will require him to undergo two surgeries. He underwent his first surgery on Tuesday, and his next will require a heart transplant.

In addition to touring with Maroon 5, Levine has also been busy with fatherhood, as he and his wife, supermodel Behati Prinsloo, welcomed their first child, daughter Dusty Rose, in September.

During an interview with On Air With Ryan Seacrest earlier this month, Levine revealed his parental “instincts” have already kicked in.

“I’ve been a parent for three weeks, what do I know?” he joked. “I don’t know anything. But it’s kind of part of the beauty of it, honestly. There are a lot of instincts, a lot of things that kind of kick in and switch on. It’s a beautiful experience.”
