Alain St Ange, who is hoping to be elected UN Secretary General of the World Tourism Organisation in May, has revealed how the world needs to unite to give tourist areas the best chance of combatting terrorism.

Inquests into the deadliest attack on Brits since the London Tube bombings in 2005 have been ongoing since last month at the Royal Courts of Justice.Speaking exclusively to Daily Star Online, Mr St Ange said: “I sympathise with the British people, the people who have gone on holiday and lost loved ones.
“It is clearly an absolute disaster but we won’t solve that tomorrow morning.”
Mr St Ange believes the threat of terror is the “most challenging” issue he faces as he bids to be the next UNWTO secretary general.
