It looks like things may or may not be falling a part at the JR Motorsports warehouse with Dale Jr. being gone!
It’s evident that Dale Jr. has picked the best people to work around hands down. From his garage crew, pit crew and the people who run all of his business inquiries… they’re all awesome people.
Junior has many different business inquiries and they’re all taken care of by JR Motorsports. An important pat of Dale Jr.’s life, JR Motorsports also gives other drivers a chance to do what they love.
On JR Motorsports website, they perfectly explain a little bit of what they do.

JR Motorsports has some especially fun people running what they do.. so much that sometimes things get out of hand.
Recently they posted a video to Dale Jr’s page that involved the infamous act in all sports, water cooler dousing. We’ve seen it time after time in every sport after a victory. The team captain or coach is doused in ice cold water from the nearest ice chest. And it is awesome.
In the world of JR Motorsports, crew chiefs who win get doused in ice water. And this week it was Elliot Sadler’s crew chief, Kevin Meandering’s turn to get a taste of the ice cold water.
