Lawrence Township
Police received a traffic complaint about a vehicle that was being driven all over the road. The elderly driver was found to be OK.

A sexual harassment was reported at the Clearfield Area High School.

A retail theft was reported at a local business.

State police at DuBois
Boburjon Uzokov, 25, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was traveling west on Interstate 80 Tuesday at 9:21 a.m. near mile marker 97 in Sandy Township in a tractor-trailer when he rounded a left curve at an unsafe speed.
The truck overturned onto its right side and slid onto the off ramp. Uzokov was wearing his seatbelt and was not injured.
He was cited for accidents involving overturned vehicle.
Police were assisted by the Sandy Township Volunteer Fire Department, the Oklahoma-Sandy VFD, DuBois EMS and Bricen Towing.

An incident of criminal mischief occurred at a residence along Dutch Road in Brady Township Monday between 10:30-10:45 p.m. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

DuBois City
Wednesday at 1:08 a.m., police were dispatched to an area of East Long Avenue and Rose Alley for a report of a suspicious vehicle.
The caller reported there was a Jeep being driven around the block with its headlights turned off.
Officers arrived on scene and contacted the caller. While speaking with them, the suspect vehicle was located and stopped. Officers learned the driver was waiting for his girlfriend. No arrests were made.

Wednesday at 2:18 a.m., officers on patrol could hear a female yelling from a block away on the 300 block of West Long Avenue. Police located the female in a parked vehicle and learned she was arguing with her boyfriend over the phone.
She was advised to lower her voice and take the argument out of the public. No arrests were made.

Wednesday at 4:34 a.m., police were dispatched to South Franklin Street for an unwanted person.
Officers arrived to learn the unwanted male had already left. Officers contacted the male and advised him not to return. No arrests were made.

Wednesday at 1:23 p.m., police were dispatched to the intersection of Liberty Boulevard and Park Avenue for a report of a two-vehicle accident. Officers arrived to learn there were no injuries and a vehicle operated by a 24-year-old Reynoldsville woman stuck in the rear a vehicle driven by a 33-year-old Big Run woman.
The accident was determined to be non-reportable, and information was exchanged. No citations were issued.

Wednesday at 2:34 p.m., police were dispatched to the 600 block of West Long Avenue for a domestic disturbance. Officers arrived and contacted the victim. She was bleeding from the mouth and stated that David Olewinksi, 47, of DuBois had struck her. Officers arrested him for simple assault and harassment.
Olewinski is currently on Clearfield County Probation and was transported to Clearfield County Jail by probation to await arraignment.
The female was also cited for harassment.

Wednesday at 8:56 p.m., a fight involving six kids was reported to have occurred in the city park near the YMCA. Officers checked the area and found no one fighting.
The remaining kids in that area were advised to move along.

State police at Philipsburg
Monday at 2:30 p.m., a 20-year-old Philipsburg male became engaged in a physical altercation at a residence on Smith Street, Rush Township. Upon arrival, police discovered he was in possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was arrested and placed in the Centre County Jail, and bail was set at $5,000 straight.

Nicholas Baney, 24, was found unconscious on a park bench on Front Street/East Pine Street in Philipsburg Wednesday at 10 a.m.
Police determined he was under the influence of marijuana and was cited for public drunkenness.

A blue, black and gray lunch bag was found at the intersection of Windsor Street and Philips Street in Philipsburg Wednesday at 10:10 p.m. The owner may claim it at the barracks.

Decatur Township
Police responded to a domestic dispute along Brisbin Street in Houtzdale. The incident was cleared when the female decided to leave the residence.

Police responded to a psychological emergency involving a handgun in Decatur Township.
The male was taken into custody and transported to Penn Highlands Clearfield without further incident.

Police assisted Morris-Cooper police with a wanted male who had two misdemeanor warrants at the Flat Run Speedway.

A dog was reported to be locked in a vehicle at The Hometown Market. Police were unable to locate the vehicle or the dog.

A suspicious male was reported near the Dollar General store in Osceola Mills. The male was not located.

There was a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Dinky Road and Copelin Road. No injuries were reported, but neither vehicle was driveable.
