Armacell International S.A., a provider of engineered foams and flexible insulation foams for the equipment insulation market, announced the completed acquisition of Industrial Thermo Polymers Limited (ITP), a North American manufacturer of extruded polyethylene foam products.
Based in Toronto, ITP manufactures products for a broad range of applications under the brand name Tundra, including standard and self-sealing pipe insulation, insulating foam filler and water toys.
In 2014 ITP generated revenue of approximately $30 million.
