Robroy Mackay was due to appear at North Surrey Magistrates Court on the 9th of August and Croydon Magistrates Court on the 5th of August in relation to breaching conditions of a Probation Order and theft.
Mackay has links to the Thames Ditton and Walton areas of Elmbridge and connections to Isleworth, Hounslow, Feltham and Surbiton.
He is described as white, around 5ft 7” tall, of a slim build with short dark hair. He is known to grow a beard but may be clean shaven at this time.
Despite various enquiries to trace Mackay, officers have been unable to locate him and are asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact them immediately.
