She is a highly-trained and qualified plastic surgeon with a vast expertise inall facets of her work, including breast surgery and body contouring. Dr. Singer has been practicing for more than twenty-five years and is currently serving patients at her private practice located in St. Petersburg, Florida. She opened her plastic surgery practice in the Tampa Bay area in 1984. Dr. Singer’s philosophy since that date has been the same: fulfill people’s dreams and make a real difference in what really matters to them by listening, caring and providing excellent, individualized cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Singer studied at Harvard Medical School and graduated in 1977 with her doctorate of medicine. She was a general surgery intern and resident at St. Luke’s – Roosevelt Hospital (now called Mount Sinai St. Luke’s and Mount Sinai Roosevelt) and served her residency in plastic surgery at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. Dr. Singer is fellowship-trained in hand surgery at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center (now called Anschutz Medical Campus). She received board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and maintains active memberships with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. Dr. Singer was also recognized in the Top 15 Plastic Surgeons in Tampa Bay by U.S News. She believes that her success is attributable to caring about her patients and listening to their needs. She dedicates her spare time to competitive Latin ballroom dancing.
