I won’t go into much detail about what Paleo diet actually is and how does it work, because most of you know that already, but let’s just sum it up. It’s basically a special diet, which is based solely on food which our ancestors, Paleolithic humans, ate. That’s why it’s often referred  to as Caveman diet. One of its biggest benefits is, that you will feel much healthier, minimize chances of chronic diseases like heart attack for example and you will also lose weight and get back into shape.
