Corona del Mar is a goreous area in Orange County. There are many options with regards to homes and condos for sale. Big Corona shown below is a very popular beach and definitely a destination spot.



Corona del Mar is a highly sought after community which has both single family homes and condos. A very popular area in CDM is the Village of CDM.

The elementary school is Harbor View Elementary, and the middle and high school is Corona del Mar High School.

The Village is Corona del Mar includes the flower streets which are alphabetical as you drive south on Coast Highway.  The flower streets includes name such as Carnation, Dahlia, Marguerite and Poppy. There are both single family homes and condos for sale in Corona del Mar. Many of the condos many of which are duplexes which have been converted to condos, and there are front and back units.

Currently on the south side of Corona del Mar, the re are 25 active listings, 7 back up, 1 pending and 2 sales in the month of November, 2013.

Average sales price for past one year is $2,184,758 and a price per square foot of $976.96  Median price is $1,800,000 with a price per square foot of $863.72.  Average days on market is 109 days for the past one year.

The absorption rate in Corona del Mar south of the highway is as follows. The absorption rate is currently favoring a seller’s market to a stable market.
