UBM Global Trade is seeking a Project Manager of Customer Service to work directly with the General Manager of our Data Services division.  The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented and comfortable with internal and external customer interaction and process management. With excellent communication skills and the ability to document thoroughly, he or she will understand and share necessary deliverables, as well as identify risks and highlight opportunities.

This role will be responsible for orchestrating the work flow from beginning to end related to customer service inquiries and requirements and will collaborate with Operations, Production, Sales and IT to ensure that issues impacting our Customers are identified early and addressed promptly.  We are looking for a proactive, process and results oriented individual to oversee processes and procedures to drive continual improvements in customer service and satisfaction.

Manage Customer Service workflow and deliverables.

Maintain Customer Service process documentation and weekly/daily metrics.

Facilitate weekly metric reviews and provide project updates to management team.

Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information.

Establish working relationships with key strategic clients.

Occasional customer visits when required

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

4-6 years of proven track record in managing customer service related projects.

Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.

Ability to manage scope change and a keen eye for expanding opportunities with existing customers.

Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information.
