In a few sentences, tell us what your start-up is all about!:
I have recently opened a new law firm in Miami, FL. We help accident victims who have been injured from any sort of accident and looking for compensation. To be specific we do wrongful death, car accident, medical malpractice and brain injuries. We believe the answer to a successful start up is getting to know the right people and doing a great job.
When was your startup founded? And what stage is your startup currently at?:
2016 – I just recently started, around November of 2016 we launched a new site.
Let us know a bit about your team, who are the key team members and what is their role?:
Laura Berrios is our paralegal she has been doing so for the past 10 years. Laura is a great and admirable person always willing to help. We also have a new appointed member to our team who is Jackie, she is a lawyer from Italy who is practicing to become a lawyer here in America.
If applicable, what is your growth like? And what milestones has your startup achieved so far?:
So basically we started this start up with a few hundred thousands of dollars. I wanted to get a nice website since we are so focused on digital. We are currently ranking on page one for very competitive terms which has helped our practice grow and prosper.
Why did you choose this particular idea and concept to build your start-up on?:
Personal Injury is nothing new, I just decided to make it better. We only deal with high profile cases, in my experience I have dealt with very complex cases so this will be easy to do. I thought about it for a couple years, once I had my accident I looked for a lawyer which practiced personal injury and I was not impressed. That was the reason I finally decided to actually open my personal injury law firm.
Do you have any customer feedback on your product and/or service that you could share?:
We have fantastic reviews from a lot of people, especially on Avvo. Clients, simply love the level of service and quality of work that is done. Here is a review from Avvo:
