X2Flow is a Marketing Automation Module which allows marketers to build automated marketing campaigns based on customer behaviors. X2CRM believes this feature is a clever and incredibly customizable business tool that places the power of X2CRM marketing and sales campaigns in the hands of customers, allowing them to fine tune their business and harness the abilities of the X2Engine platform. X2CRM version 3.5 sees some major updates to this module, including a new history execution view for individual workflows and a new view of all records touched by each stage of workflow.
Web Lead Capture
X2CRM 3.5 includes the ability to add hidden fields on to the web lead form editor. Users can now have hidden fields on a web lead form that will always be filled with a user-defined value (e.g. you could set “leadsource” as a hidden field with the value “web”).
Salesforce.com Data Migration Service

X2CRM adds the ability to, through the administrative user interface, lock X2CRM for periods of time for maintenance so that only administrators can access it.
X2Training
X2Engine now offers group and individual training sessions in the X2CRM Virtual Genius Bar. Training sessions can focus on specific modules or general usage of X2CRM. For both seasoned CRM users and novices, customers can benefit from personalized, in-depth instruction in the powerful toolset of X2CRM. Sessions start at $ 95.00 per hour of training.
