About the Training Facilitators

Sarah Colley

Sarah Colley (PhD) leads a team of consulting psychologists at Pockets of Brilliance. Sarah has studied Psychology and the human mind for over 12 years and has worked as a researcher and consultant developing and delivering practical psychological solutions to teams and businesses across Australia, New Zealand, U.S. Canada, Ireland and Norway. She has worked with a broad range of industries from mining, to oil and gas, to government, to non-profits. She works with her clients to deliver processes that enhance organisational outcomes. Her approach and facilitation is suited to people working across all levels of an organisation from project teams, right up to C-Suite level. 

In collaboration with Brainmates, Sarah blends her consulting psychology framework with Product Management practices, boosting the performance of product, processes and people for clients.

Jonathan Lincolne

Jonathan Lincolne is a registered psychologist with over 17 years’ experience. He began his career working as a clinical and assessment psychologist in a successful private practice. Jonathan then focused his attention on the psychological aspects of leadership and safety performance within high-risk environments. Jonathan designed the psychologically based safety process known as ZIP (Zero Incident Process). Based on the success of ZIP he then founded the safety business Sentis which went on to be one of BRW’s fastest growing companies in Australia. At Sentis, Jonathan utilised his extensive experience in the design, customization, and delivery of psychologically based programs to assist in the development of cognitive skills and thinking patterns that enhance leadership, human performance, safety and well-being. He has worked with many multi-national companies in over a dozen countries – working from as far north as the Arctic Circle and as far south as the bottom tip of New Zealand. Questions?
