Leading Consciously: How to have impact in the 21st Century
Event on 2014-05-01 09:00:00

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL SPRING.

In a world that is becoming ever more complex, ambiguous and interconnected, ways of leading that worked well in the past will no longer be fit for the future.  Leaders will need to access sources of information that are non-rational and intuitive, and understand the systemic nature of their organisations to navigate their way through this interrelated world.

Leading Consciously: How to have impact in the 21st Century will explore collectively what it takes to be fit for leading now and into the future.  We will look at global trends leaders need to take into account and hear how leading more consciously can positively impact the culture of your organisation and, ultimately, the bottom line.  We will experience exercises that shift perception, look at tools that help to diagnose your organization, and share examples of how leading consciously is implemented on the ground.  All of this provides a focus for an afternoon of workshops to learn new approaches, create new thinking and enjoy stimulating dialogue with like-minded individuals.

We invite you to join us in exploring the leadership of the future!
