Top Contract Management Software places Prodagio, Agiloft, and GEP at the top of the list, based on Capterras popularity index.
Contract Management Software automates the creation, tracking and monitoring of contracts and agreements. Companies can share documents throughout the organization, making it easier to monitor a contracts status, important dates and personnel responsibilities.
Contract management is a $ 400 million industry, and experts are expecting that to keep growing by 10-20% a year, said Capterra President and CEO, Mike Ortner. Its not one of the first types of software that comes to mind. But its powerful and more and more companies are realizing the impact it can have on their business.
Todays infographic release is Capterras 12th in the top 20 series. The rankings are based on a popularity index which includes number of customers, number of users and social presence scores. Previous infographics include Marketing Automation, Learning Management Systems, Field Service Management and Electronic Health Records.
The great thing about these infographics is this data cant be found anywhere else on the web, said Ortner. Many vendors were only able to provide estimates for their customers and users, but in most cases this is the first time these estimates have been published.
Capterras infographics are updated a few times a year so the data is always current.
