PresentersTim Yeadon, Copy Director — At Responsys, Tim is the creative lead for REI, Amazon, and Yahoo. Before joining Responsys, he lworked as a freelance copywriter for many, many different brands, both big and small. (It was a lot of fun, and he learned a lot.) Tanya Williams, Art Director — At Responsys, Tanya is an Art Director for the Nordstrom, Yahoo! and Tablespoon accounts. She loves the challenge of creating a great user experience and enjoys designing stationary and hand-lettering in her free time.
