I'm pinging from a Windows Box to a device that I rebooted.
After this, the host started to answer the ping probes.
So, my question is.
What's the difference between those answers?
Why the ping result is showing only 41% loss instead of 100%?
Is there any releation between the "Destination host unreachable" answer and the fact that the machine is starting?
