Deloitte's BPO advisory services assists clients in defining and implementing outsourcing and off-shoring strategies for selected back office processes, including finance and accounting, and procurement. We bring deep process knowledge and insight into areas that are suitable for outsourcing and those that may better be retained, and assist our clients in developing robust, forward looking strategies for global delivery at optimal cost. Our BPO advisory services teams supports clients in implementing their selected strategies, including driving the process to select a vendor, negotiate a contract, and transition toa new operating model. Our clients are major multi-national corporations across industry sectors, with a footprint covering the Americas, Europe andAsia Pacific.

In delivering our services, we draw upon a well defined suite of tools and techniques, including deep relationships and knowledge of the outsourcing vendors landscape, and a database that records typical costs in locations including India, China,Eastern Europe and Latin America. We are currently seeking highly energetic Manager level candidates with the following skills:
* Subject matter expertise in the Outsourcing and/or Offshoring industry
* Core vs. Non-Core Assessments
* Understanding of vendor landscape
* Analyze and apply outsourcing trends
* Practical experience with the full lifecycle of BPO / ITO transactions
Manager:
* Managers will lead and deliver large,complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies.
* Manager level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.
* Managers implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
* Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
* Managers can lead small engagements or components of large, complex engagements.
* A minimum of 6 years consulting and/or industry experience is required.
* A Bachelor's Degree is required.
* Ability to travel 100%25%20required.
In addition, successful Managers will also have the following preferred skills:
* Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
* Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
* Eagerness to mentor junior staff.
* An advanced degree is preferred.
