**Position Description:**
The Business Application Manager will be key to enable the Operations team at WSE to deliver high quality analysis, reporting, operational efficiency, decision support and customer dialogue through integration and management of numerous business processes and systems.
We believe that the SalesForce platform will be central to managing our customers (existing and potential) and delivering key data to other systems in use in our operation. You will be working with business leaders and collaborating with IT teams utilizing your technical expertise and business insights. You will build business applications and influence the design of integration features that improve the reliability of our applications and systems. You must have the ability and interest to work on a range of different types of projects and business processes, and must have a background that demonstrates that capability. You will have frequent interaction with senior management to define business requirements, solution spec design and configuration, and full-cycle implementation.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Include the following:
Analysis and Solution Delivery
Partner with Business Leaders and Operations team in order to understand business processes, system requirements and create delivery roadmaps to support future operational efficiencies
Gather, document and analyse requirements from the business (Franchise Partners and internal operations team) in order to create a solution to automate processes wherever possible
Develop and implement tools, reports and dashboards so that Executive Team, Sales and Support teams can gain insights to inform business decisions to drive profitability
Define and maintain a business systems roadmap to deliver long-term alignment with overall business processes
Document, organize and manage integration projects end-to-end and drive their successful delivery
Design and implement lead funnels, opportunity pipelines and sales processes in order to drive improved forecasting, increased sales and profitability
Research and recommend innovative automated approaches for system administration and business process automation in order to minimize human resources required for administration and to improve efficiency
Continuously improve existing CRM functionality in order to improve experience and maximize the investment in the tool and drive sales and profitability
Work with cross functional partners in finance, HR, Marketing, Operations and Franchisees in order to complete projects and implementations on time and to budget
Integrate business systems where necessary in order to drive sales with existing clients through upselling or cross selling
Provide support to staff and development teams in order to execute, test and roll-out project sprints
Create and maintain
Create and maintain reports to support staff specific roles (Online Community Managers, Content Managers, Delegate Administrator etc.) in order to monitor system health and user adoption
Provide SalesForce consultancy to Network Partners to optimize their CRM usage to drive sales and profitability in their businesses
Partner with appropriate IT and Technology Groups to architect innovative solutions that automate and scale business systems
WSE World Support
Perform daily monitoring in order to verify the integrity and availability of al key processes
Perform data management activities in order to maintain a clean system with error free records in accordance with business standards
Implement Helpdesk industry best practices for customer interaction, response times, escalation procedures and resolution against defined goals
Provide Tier 3 support per requests from various sources. Investigate and troubleshoot issues
Manage a rotating intern resource for responding to administration requests
