Deloitte s Solutions Network (SNET) is a global network that connects Deloitte s solution centers, extended delivery centers, clients, and vendor partners. The primary focus of the SNET is to support client development projects, client pursuits, solution development, and practice development. Scope
The Client Hosting Manager will be responsible for providing support for all activities related to the on boarding of new client projects. This will include pricing, SOW s RFP responses and collateral. This individual will be part of our production hosting service management team. This individual will be located at our DCSC Center in Orlando Florida
The Client Hosting Manager position will be focused on the following activities:

Efficiently managing the delivery and support of multiple simultaneous projects by leveraging project management tools.

Assisting in the on boarding, developing and maintaining cloud hosting partners including negotiations, cost, and architecture.

Managing the on boarding of client projects including sales collateral, pricing, assisting with architecture and security
*
Handling project management tasks for individual projects. Includes initial needs assessment, scope definition, resource planning, managing milestone/deliverable targets, and project closure.
*
Developing processes for repeatable solutions that will enable the production hosting to manage and deploy solutions in a cost effective manner as well as enable the team to work more efficiently in day-to-day operations.

Assisting production hosting management team in defining the vision and strategy related to supporting the applications covered by the team.
*
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the Deloitte practices supported by the team to proactively drive revenue opportunities to the production hosting as well as to identify and address practitioner support needs.
The production hosting team works with alliances and vendors to provide emerging platforms so that our applications teams are able to deliver exceptional value to our clients, and research and development for the practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive network and infrastructure security experience. This position will require up 30%25%20travel.
Qualifications
*
8+ years of relevant technology architecture consulting or industry experience.
*
Extensive experience (minimum of five years) managing projects of varying sizes.
*
Broad technical background with knowledge of systems sizing and architecture
*
Extensive experience with project management software (intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Project).
*
Experience with SDLC for Custom Development projects, working in a Production Support Organization using Middleware, Open Source and Microsoft packages a plus.
*
Experience developing statements of work and/or client proposals
*
PMI certification a plus.
*
Prior Big-4 consulting experience highly desired
*
Creative person who has developed innovative approaches to developing solutions
*
Goal oriented with high standards for quality and performance
*
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills
*
*
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
*
Eagerness to mentor junior staff.
*
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent professional experience.
*
An advanced degree in the area of specialization is preferred.
