Customer Operations at Agfa Graphics

Thousands of businesses across the globe rely on our printing products, spare parts deliveries and our customer-center services. Print is a vital medium that is entailed in our daily lives from newspapers and billboard to educational or safety signs and displays.

Customer operations are as core to our client services as the products themselves. As a member of our Customer Service team You will be responsible for receiving, recording, and processing customer orders, enquiries and complaints. A customer operations specialist interacts with our clients using telephone, e-mail and ticket systems. You’ll be exposed to a diversity of clients in an international environment and get the chances to build and maintain a client base providing them long-term customer support.

Sample tasks:

* Receive, record, process customer orders
* Follow up the customers’ orders & communication to customer
* Manage customer enquiries concerning product availability, deliveries, forecast, invoicing, and returns
* Follow-up on supply issues; align internally and keep customers informed
* Organise/request urgent transport when needed
* Ensure efficient planning of dispatch of engineers to customer sites for install and fix of equipment
* Promote and support the use of our Agfa Graphics Internet Sales tool, activate new users
* Placing consigment orders & invoicing follow up.
* Collect information concerning forecast and make the necessary input in the system.

* Fluency in German

* Good command of English; knowledge of Polish not required

* Good communication skills

* The capacity to work as a true team player

* Proficiency with SAP is a plus
* Comfortable in using excel is a bonus
* First experience in customer operations is an asset
