For the role of Order Management Specialist that will complete the team, the responsibilities are the following:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Order Entry: SAP and Siebel
• Customer Invoicing
• Customer Credit Notes
• New Customer Set Up
• Execute Approved Special Pricing
• Order Acknowledgement
• Customer Master data set up and maintenance
• Expedites (work with planning, manufacturing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, & customer)
• Communicating and liaising with local sales affiliates

Secondary Responsibilities:

• 3rd Party Purchases & Order Management
• Honeywell factories purchases
• Indirect purchases
• Outbound & Return Logistics Issues
• Inbound Supply Chain Issues
• PO Verification & Compliance
• Expedites (work with planning, manufacturing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, & customer)

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Services environment, preferably with order management expertise
• Must have completed Post Secondary education (College/University degree)
• Experience working in a multi discipline team
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP experience a plus
• Siebel experience a plus
