Position Description
The Associate Sales Analyst position will have two function(s):
* POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides administrative support to Area Business Director (ABD). Interacts with all levels of the department within the Area.
II. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Utilizes Quick Qlik for various reports for Area Business Directors, Regional Directors, District Managers and Regional Sales Trainers:
* 1st Rx Ranking Reports
* WAS Report
* Productivity Report
* Portfolio Reporting
* President’s Club reports
* Generating/creating ad hoc reports
* Prepares materials for meetings.
* Supports the preparation of Data and Powerpoint for meetings.
* Provides reports as required which may include monthly activity reports, expense reports.
* Makes travel arrangements.
* Orders supplies and tracks inventories.
* Files and archives documents.
* Compiles and creates presentations as requested.
* Edits and proofreads documents.
* Assists in completion of Performance Reviews.
* Main contact between office and Property Management.
* Arranges internal and external meetings and conferences.
* Provides additional assistance to AMTs and RDs when needed.

Education:
High School Diploma – College Degree Preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years administrative experience.
