**Role Summary/Purpose** Serves as a technical / support analyst for the PeopleSoft application including day to day production support and maintenance, adhering to defined SLAs on incidents/cases and assisting technical & functional track leads in the analysis and design of system solutions to meet business / technology needs\.
**Essential Responsibilities** • Responsible for addressing PeopleSoft application issues within SLA
• Collaborate across teams for issue resolution and execution of support tasks
•Should be a quick learner and be able to adapt to new technologies, processes and practices including system analysis, testing , debugging, etc\.
Quality Specific Goals:
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Responsible for data integrity of the system inventory, as applicable
• Responsible for the validation of all GxP relevant applications and maintaining the validated state of those applications
• Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction
**Qualifications/Requirements** PeopleSoft technical knowledge
• Good Knowledge in analysis, designing, coding and experience in:
• Application Designer
• PeopleSoft Code
• Application Engine Program
• SQR programming
• PS\-Query
• Good understanding of RDBMS concepts
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years IT program development experience or equivalent
**Desired Characteristics** Experience in IT Support will be a plus

PMP / ITIL certified
