The Security and Privacy practice is seeking a dynamic application development and management Engineer to work within the Application Management Services (AMS) organization that supports the Identity and Access Management solutions across the state government implementations. This opportunity affords the chance to work with vendor products to transform business requirements into product features, installation and support of new features, and resolving dynamic, business challenges and product issues in support of them. The job duties would include: Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
Understand complex business and information technology management processes
Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services
Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support service offerings
Understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches
Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of
current decisions
Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations
Facilitate use of technology-based tools and/or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and
services
Excellent potential for
1. Playing lead role in designated tasks of the project team in gathering, organizing and analyzing data
2. Making major contributions in assuring products/deliverables meet contract/work plan
3. Strong potential for growth and acceptance of additional responsibilities

Qualifications
Experience and Technical Skills:
5-7 years experience in managing deployments of at least one identity and access management product such as:
IBM Tivoli Identity Manager and/or Access Manager, Oracle IAM/IDM, OEM, CA/Netegrity SiteMinder/IdentityMinder, Sun Identity Manager and/or Access Manager, SailPoint.
5+ year of experience working on directory solutions Microsoft Active Directory preferred
3+ year of coding experience in Java /J2EE
ORACLE IAM REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred knowledge of Oracle Adaptive Access Manager
Preferred knowledge of Oracle Identity Analytics
Preferred experience with WebLogic administration and configuration
Preferred experience in both Microsoft Windows Server operating system
Preferred experience in automated application deployments running on WebLogic on Java platform
Good knowledge and understanding of SDLC
Basic knowledge and understanding of Oracle Databases and Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) is an added advantage
Understanding of Virtualization will be an added advantage
Education and Professional Skills:
BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting or Information Systems
Strong oral and written communications skills
Ability to take a broad view of his/her position and take initiative to communicate, interact and cooperate with others
Demonstrated ability to write status reports and to participate in presentations
Ability to work as a member of a team and independently
Position is located in Camp Hill, PA, Hartford, CT or Chicago, IL
Limited travel required
