Dell is looking for Senior Claims Examiners in the Rhode Island and Connecticut to join our team as part of this new exciting organization. The success of the candidate will directly affect the overall performance of the regional growth plan.
Role Responsibilities
-We have opportunities for work-at-home, local and travel assignments
-Our work-at-home assignments require high speed internet services (non-refundable) and we provide a PC or laptop for the duration of your project
-During travel, a weekly per-diem is provided but not while on rotations home.
-Local positions would be considered within 50 miles of where you live
-As a Dell Associate, you will have access to benefits and retirement plans on the first start day of employment
Requirements
-Must have recent experience in insurance/healthcare industry to support our clients. Experience will need to be with an insurance, managed care or TPA Company
-Knowledge of CPT, HCPC, ICD-9, ICD-10 codes
-Knowledge of HMO, PPO Medicare and Medicaid plans, as well as experience with Medicare Part D
-Knowledge of Medical terminology
Preferences
-High School Diploma
-Knowledge of one or more of the following claims paying systems; AMISYS, AMISYS Advance, AMISYS Advance Release 4 or 6, NASCO, latest version of Facets, EZ-Cap, Rims, Qcare, Xcelys, NextGen, QNXT, ITS, IKA, WGS, Call Care Browser, GBAS, Genelco, HEALTHsuite, IMAX, and Diamond
