Job Duties:SFT reports to the ETL-Logistics and works closely with the FMBP and all store team members.Provide recognition, as appropriate.Recognize safe behaviors, coach unsafe behaviors, and immediately address safety concerns within the store.Ensure the interior and exterior of the store is neat and clean and is comfortable and well lit.Make decisions in a financially-disciplined manner.Demonstrate facility ownership through FM maintenance, repair and contracted service programs.Prioritize and execute all assigned work following FM best practices, including assigned Field projects; partner with ETL-Logistics and FMBP on prioritization, as necessary.Follow all myFacility processes for work order management; influence store teams to follow processes that support facility maintenance including use of the Service Request Form for all maintenance requests.Achieve myFacility process execution goals as outlined in SFT Performance Plan.Use Maintenance Standard Reference Guide to ensure all assets and conditions meet expected standards and use to educate store teams on maintenance expectations.Use all available FM and store resources (FMDW, Wiki, FM Weekly News, FM Reporting Tool, Workbench, etc.), SFT Peer Trainer, ETL-Logistics and FMBP to proactively identify, follow up, and escalate (where appropriate) to resolve maintenance and repair opportunities.Use iPad device to effectively manage your business, incorporate into routines and communicate with team and vendor partners.Support all new, remodel and closing store activities, as needed.Partner, communicate and influence vendors to drive results and resolve issues using Local Vendor Management processes.Validate, monitor and hold vendors accountable to ensure quality and efficient service is provided.Partner with the store, when necessary, to provide FM support to Targetand#39;s food strategy initiatives and best practices.Follow FM best practices in areas of spend and materials/tools purchasing.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities (e.g., preventive maintenance checklists).Follow all company guidelines and processes for recording time worked and overtime with strict adherence to ensure meal and rest break compliance.Demonstrate awareness of facility expenses to support ability to influence and positively impact store expense.Demonstrate awareness for how the SFT role connects to driving profitable sales and FM value.Respond to emergency issues/events and support disaster/crisis recovery, when necessary.Maintain awareness of store focus areas and provide appropriate support to drive results.Support the shortage culture; understand how operational procedures affect shortages; avoid shortcuts and notify supervisors of any concerns.Ensure equipment best practices are followed when team members check out equipment.Benefits will be discussed with the sucessfull applicant.
