Our customers need us the most when they are involved in an accident. As an Allstate Inside Liability Claim Adjuster (after training), you will play a vital role to ensure we deliver on our promise to help restore people's lives after they've had a loss. You will be challenged to manage multiple cases simultaneously which involves evaluating basic claims from initial report to final disposition, solving problems in a fast paced working environment. In this vital role, you will investigate accidents to determine liability, correspond with customers over the phone, obtain police reports, negotiate damage settlements and deliver exceptional and courteous customer service. You will use compassionate communication and persuasive negotiation to ensure a positive customer experience. You will accurately document claims activity on Allstate's state of the art claim system and follow processes that provide fair settlements or claim resolutions, customer satisfaction and excellent cost management. You will also achieve targeted goals and metrics, add value and take ownership while working collaboratively with others on the team. * Starting salary is $40,600 annually (paid bi-weekly)

* Following Allstate’s excellent training period, work hours will vary with customer and business needs and will include rotational weekends.
