The position located in the Office of Management Services, Application Team (OMS-AT). The incumbent serves as a Senior Data Warehouse expert for the Applications Division, in the Office of Management Services and is primarily responsible for designing, developing, managing, and maintaining custom Data warehouses and cubes. This is a very technical position requiring hands-on data warehouse development experience.

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
* Designing, developing, managing, and maintaining custom Data warehouses and cubes.
* Functioning as a project leader or member, researching alternative software products and achieves their implementation in the FCA IT environment.
* Interviewing FCA staff and external parties to determine software and systems requirements.
* Developing custom applications.
* Providing advice to the Division Director and the CIO on the capabilities and applications of the Agency's primary software and database products.
* Maintaining situational awareness and knowledge of broad trends in the IT and Data management and Data Warehouse sectors.
* Advising the Division Director on the direction of the Agency's data architecture.
**_TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS_**: Applicants applying under merit promotion consideration must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year of experience equivalent to the VH-38 (or GS-12) equivalent grade level is required for the VH-39 (or GS-13).
