**Position Summary:**

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, self\-starter who has an interest and desire to provide top notch support to our sales team\. This role will assist in creating proposals, providing customers service, reviewing and assisting with sales contracts\. Candidates most qualified for this role will have prior field sales support/contract administration experience and must be highly organized\. This role requires individuals who are highly tech savvy in order to put together strong PowerPoint presentations, conduct internet and market research, and leverage tools that will help you and the sales team you support be successful\.  A positive, outgoing attitude and the ability to handle customer issues with a smile is necessary for this role\.

**Major Responsibilities:**

\- Preparing professional proposals & presentations

\- Providing customer service and problem resolution

\- Managing customer action items as required

\- Intercepting phone calls and emails to resolve issues

\- Provide internal field communication between the Executive Account Manager and the local Lease Sales Representatives and District personnel\.

\- Procuring and or creating reports and data for customers and sales associates

\- Providing professional research on customers and prospects

\- Creating account profiles and meeting preps as needed

\- Providing proximity mapping reports for proposals and other presentations

\- Assisting with monthly mailers

\- Maintaining accurate customer & prospect list

\- Lead generation via phone calls to prospects and sets appointments off of the   prospect list and research

\- Maintaining & prioritizing current renewal list

\- Preparing customer review reports/presentations

\- Preparing contract documents and schedules

\- Penske system usage \(training will be provided\): Salesforce, Spec’ing and Rating, My Fleet, Fleet Net, Service Net, AS400, OPP, Work Flow, AD Hoc Reports\.

\- Making hotel & travel arrangements, submitting expense reports, and maintaining office supplies

\-Deal Logic\-InternalReporting & Analysis

\-Additional tasks as assigned by manager

# Qualifications:

\- 2\-3 years of experience working with customers either by phone or face to face required preferably in the transportation industry

\- Experience with marketing research and/or sales support highly preferred

\- High School Diploma or equivalent required

\- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required

\- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

\- Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation \(to include past employment, education, and criminal history\) and drug screening are required, willingness to travel as necessary\(for training purposes in this position\)
