YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
1. Production process maping, plan operators capacity & productivity development & training.
2. Organize and manage team, Analize dept capacity & fill up gap, dig out raute cause, set action plan, follow up & sustain, run multi skilling project, implement 5S, Visual & Lean in shop floor, willing to work Day & night shift, attitude, take the lead instead of Dept. head
3. On-time communication with front end & inter dept, prepare daily report for Ops team
4. Establish ELS foundamentals, A3 follow up
5. Work & motion study with methodology, PDCA culture implementation, Self driven in any project, Process re-engineering.
Position Requirements: WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
1. B.Sc. Engineering in Industrial & production engineering or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3-5 years experience in printing or garment industry.
2. Very good leadership skills, Interpersonal skills and communication skills are required
