Latitude’s PPC team manages
Paid Search, Display and Social Media campaigns for some of the most famous
brand names in the World. Working alongside suppliers including Google, Bing,
Yahoo, Facebook and Twitter we have a commitment to delivering the highest
quality online marketing campaigns for our clients.

You will be an experienced PPC specialist who can provide support and guidance to deliver both internal and external client expectations for PPC service. You will lead a team of PPC production specialists in delivering outstanding PPC performance for some of Latitude's largest clients.

You will ensure that accurate reporting and analysis is provided to clients, along with proposals for campaign expansion, website optimisations, search engine beta products and any other growth opportunities.

You will support the Head of Paid Search, helping to administrate Latitude processes amongst your team members.  You will participate proactively in the refinement of best practices and the testing of new products / techniques to improve efficiencies in the team and the company at large.

You will ensure the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Latitude best practices for all client campaigns under your remit. You will actively seek ways to deliver meaningful business impact for Latitude clients; improved performance against KPI targets, increased share of voice and innovations that provide clients with a competitive advantage for their PPC campaigns.

You will also assist the sales and client services team in the production of new business pitches. You will apply your PPC experience in the production of campaign audits and SWOT analysis. You will then develop propositions for effective PPC strategies based upon your analysis and provide your recommendations and product expertise in face-to-face pitch scenarios.

* Lead a team of PPC professionals in delivering market-leading PPC campaigns for clients
* Ensure all campaigns under remit adhere to Latitude best practices
* Provide strategic & tactical planning for all PPC campaigns under remit & assist PPC executives with campaign production/optimisation where required
* Production and delivery of PPC forecasts & proposals under the guidance of Senior PPC Strategists
* Ensure a high standard of reporting & commentary to clients
* Provide product expertise in client meetings and new business pitches
* Devise & manage tactical PPC experiments using scientific method, from hypothesis to conclusion and documentation of findings
* Contribute vertical-level insights into trends, competitors and opportunities
* Ensure timely completion of daily/weekly/monthly checks & optimisations
* Ownership of key product initiatives / champion area supporting wider Latitude business
* Assist in production and delivery of PPC training
* Assist department head with development of PPC processes, tools and automation
* Provide regular client / staff updates to department head and client services teams
* Provide ‘thought-leader’ standard insights for external publication
* Assist in production of case studies and award nominations
* Support new business sales team with PPC campaign audits & vertical insights

* Degree with a relevance to digital marketing
* Strong hands-on PPC experience
* Track record of outstanding PPC campaign performance
* Experience managing a team of people in previous role is desirable
* Adwords Advanced, Bing Ads and Google Analytics qualifications
* Bid management software experience
* High level of skill with MS Office products
* High standard of written language and mathematical proficiency
* Effective verbal communicator, aware of different personality types and working styles
* Demonstrable track record of innovative problem solving
