TheEngagement Manageris responsible for the development and execution of written content for employee engagement communication activities for the organization. This will include use of multi-media tactics for effective employee communications including video, electronic, print, intranet, telephonic and other interactive mediums. Essential duties and responsibilities shown below will vary based on assignment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate communication efforts with key stakeholders within Human Resources and Corporate Communications.
* Partner with Corporate Communications Department to maintain and update engagement content on company intranet (Avis Budget Group Neighborhood) and other applicable venues.
* Partner with key HR clients to develop effective and engaging content for various forms of employee communication.
* Analyze effectiveness of current and prospective HR communications to support initiatives, strategies and corporate culture.
* Develop and maintain a strategy to ensure clear, timely and effective delivery of a broad range of HR communications.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have any direct reports.
Qualifications
Required Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a communications related function.
* Experience in development of communication strategies required.
* HR experience preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Excellent writing and editing skills.
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
* Strong project management skills.
* Must possess strong skills in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
* Requires excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
