Summary:
This individual will prepare and execute written communications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards and ACM Medical Laboratory, Inc. policies and procedures. Assist with the development, posting and delivery of time sensitive documents. Develop and maintain a system for the collection and filing of all necessary documents for Supervisor/Manager review. Assist with the scheduling of annual health reviews. Assist with standard operating procedure revisions and maintenance.

Coordinate the collection and filing of Patient Service/Home Bound Service Department employee training and continuing education documents.

Maintain continuing education schedule; initiating continuing education materials

Maintain files in accordance with internal and external quality assurance policies; ensuring compliance.

Assist department management with policy and procedure writing and implementation.

Develop and maintain a system for collecting standard operating procedure post-tests, signatures and remedial training documents.

Assist with the scheduling of team annual health evaluations.

Prepare and execute written communications.

**20 Hours Weekly: 8:00am - Noon, M-F, No weekends or holidays.**

Education
High School Diploma or GED Required
Associates Degree in Business or Health Care Administration Preferred

Experience
One to two years of clerical experience in healthcare preferred.

Required Certification/Licensure
Valid New York State driver license

Multi-tasking, prioritizing, decision making

Physical Demands
Continuous sitting.
Frequent use of computer.
Occasional bending, twisting of neck and back, standing and/or walking, lifting/carrying of items up to 25 lbs.
