Today’s B2C and B2B customers expect highly consistent and personalized shopping experiences, regardless of channel or touchpoint. Yet most businesses don’t have the infrastructure to provide an omnichannel customer view.

Usually, those companies are burdened with a mix of legacy systems that are siloed and produce redundant data. They lack the real-time inventory visibility and order management across channels that are needed to offer customers a “buy anywhere, get anywhere” experience. Trying to synchronize critical inventory and customer data with customer facing systems is almost impossible and can result in business inefficiency, customer frustration and brand discontent.

It’s time for businesses to build their commerce platform around their customers with an infrastructure that unifies business applications and the data that feeds them to create a seamless, channel-agnostic, personalized shopping experience.

During IRCE 2014 in Chicago taking place June 10-12, NetSuite will be showcasing in its booth (#401), how businesses are leveraging its cloud-based platform to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience with a single, integrated commerce solution.
