General Writ of Abatement and Writ
of Mandamus
The Court of Parliament is directed by this Writ of
Abatement and Writ of Mandamus to release all incarcerated prisoners
on a worldwide basis who have not been charged with violent crimes or
substantial and material losses by the plaintiff within 40 days as provided for
by the Magna Carta.
The Court of Parliament is directed by this Writ of
Mandamus that the Home Secretary of State, the Right Honourable Theresa May
shall produced 10 British Sovereigns of lawful coin of the realm for every day
of Julian Assange’s restraint to date plus 3650 British Sovereigns as the bond before
the Court of Parliament – without recourse to the Consolidated Fund or
give Julian Assange his liberty.
If the Home Secretary is unable to provide the bond out of
her personal funds, a Temporal Lord of the Realm may do so provided his or her
identity is disclosed and on the public record.
The Court of Parliament by this Writ of Mandamus is
also directed specifically to release the lady juror who was convicted and
incarcerated122 for investigating the Truth by the High
Court and pay compensation in substantial money for obstruction of justice from
the pay of the magistrates involved. It is scandalous before Almighty God
that the High Court prevents men and women in a Common Law jury from
discovering the Truth in a Star Chamber.

The Court of Parliament is directed by this Writ of
Mandamus that is illegal under penalty for treason to The Sovereign and
Almighty God for any lower court to ban access to the Internet for any reason
whatsoever. Any living man or woman shall have a right to jury trial by his
or her peers. Such a jury shall have all the liberties, rights and privileges
of the twenty five barons of the Magna Carta.
The Court of Parliament is directed by this Writ of
Mandamus to restore the liberties of all men and women without
distinction of people and nations.
The Court of Parliament is also directed by this Writ
of Abatement and Writ of Mandamus to abate the Council Tax,
suspend all Administrative Fines and suspend all Corporate Bailiffs and seize
all such accounts. The Court of Parliament is also directed to allocate
funds to the Councils as is right and proper from the Consolidated Fund for the
maintenance of the Kingdom’s infrastructure.
The Court of Parliament is directed by this Writ of
Mandamus to seize all accounts of Administrative Courts and Star
Chambers wherever they might be.
The Court of Parliament is directed by this Writ of
Mandamus that the Internal Revenue Service of the United States is
operating without Sovereign Authority and to take all such steps that are right
and proper to dismantle this corporate privateer and to revoke all Letters
of Marquee granted under the authority of any Christian Prince.
The Court of Parliament is directed by this Writ of
Mandamus to create and manage a competent authority in coordination with
the Bishop of Rome regarding the Letter Rogatory123 of the American plaintiff to the Secretary of the
Treasury of the United States, in this Court of Record for the restoration of
substantial money and the Common Law in the land known as America – the wishes
of our American Plaintiff are made clear in that Letter Rogatory.
The Court of Parliament is directed by this Writ of Mandamus
to seize the assets of all privateers who have been at war with the men and
women of the land subject only to exemptions granted by Her Majesty The Queen
and the Bishop of Rome.
The Court of Parliament is directed by this Writ of
Mandamus to reform Public/State Schooling. The Court of Parliament is
directed to give asylum and sanctuary to all families fleeing124 compulsory State Public Schooling until Peace (sound
money and open borders) is proclaimed across the world. All judgements of all
lower administrative courts in this matter in favour of Caesar are hereby annulled
with prejudice. The Court of Parliament is to communicate this to all such
affected families with due haste.
The Court of Parliament is directed by this Writ of
Mandamus to take steps right and proper for the formal United Kingdom PLC
and all corporate nations to get out of the business of arranging marriage
licenses which unite two individuals with a Corporate Caesar to obtain more
foundlings for human trafficking by Birth Certificates. If they want to live
together that is none of Saint Peter’s business, if they want Apostolic
Blessings, they shall know where to go.
The Court of Parliament is directed by this Writ of
Mandamus to disestablish all systems of artificial scarcity, for
example, the so-called “intellectual property laws” of Caesar including patents
and copyright with immediate attention to Monsanto. It shall be illegal to sell
seed that produces a sterile crop. It shall be illegal to contaminate a
neighbours crop with genetic material not from the same biological family. It
shall be illegal for any entity to forbid a farmer from saving his own seed.
Writ to Render unto Caesar what
belongs to Caesar and to God what belongs to God
The Court of Parliament shall by this Writ to Render
unto Caesar what belongs to Caesar and to God what belongs to God, direct
the Prime Minister to establish an Office of Redemption to assist the
Global Settlement Foundation with the process initiated by Pope Benedict XVI at
the Lourdes in France in 2008 and again in his Christmas message of 2012.
The Court of Parliament shall
direct, empower and make responsible this Office of Redemption to
monitor the flow of funds to detect enemies of Her Majesty The Queen and the
Bishop of Rome and all Allies for the Rule of Law for and during the
redemption of substance from Caesar and his Senators by the men and women of
the land.
The Court of Parliament shall direct the Prime Minister to
prepare for the consequent dismantling of the European Union and United States
bureaucracy in conjunction with the Bishop of Rome, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth
II and loyal Lords Temporal and Spiritual.
The Court of Parliament shall direct the Prime Minister to
prepare for the consequent dismantling of ‘passport and border controls’ and
other identity devices such as ‘drivers licence’ in conjunction with the Bishop
of Rome and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The Court of Parliament shall direct the Foreign Secretary
to prepare for the consequent invitation of British investors, administrators,
companies and so forth to countries that invite such attention to upgrade their
corrupt administrations. We pray to One Christ, Our Father in Heaven to
activate the tremendous store of goodwill that Great Britain has in the
Commonwealth of Her Majesty The Queen. We know from our research that the
current generations in India, for example, would gladly welcome the British back
– not as rulers but as traders and administrators of lawful money and the
Common Law. Great Britain has a tremendous reserve of a diverse immigrant
population that are sure to use the opportunity to foster trade with the
motherland of their ancestors. This includes practically every place on Earth.
The Court of Parliament shall investigate the ‘board and
scuttle’ operation of Caesar where coastal fisherman are arrested or shot and
their boats scuttled and sunk, for example, by the U.S. Coast Guard and the Italian
Navy125. The Court of Parliament shall declare the seas safe
for the Children of Our Lord as soon as possible.
The Court of Parliament shall investigate the the
Fukushima disaster and all other ‘manufactured crisis126’ that have been inflicted upon the Children of our
Lord.
The Court of Parliament shall direct the Prime Minister to
immediately free Her Majesty’s most loyal Ghurkas to come and go as they
wish as one of Her Majesty’s subjects.
The Court of Parliament shall direct the Prime Minister to
advise all parties about the Flag and Seal of this Court of Record and of its
use to identify ships or other methods of movement through or over sea, land,
air or space-time.
The Court of Parliament shall direct the Prime Minister to
prepare for sessions of Her Majesty the Queen in Parliament to restore the Rule
of Law by Acts of Her Majesty The Queen in Parliament Agreed on.
The Court of Parliament shall send the relevant
Secretaries of State together with the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister
to accompany Her Majesty The Queen to Rome so that the Bishop of Rome may
sanctify and signify the grace of Saint Peter for the Debt Jubilee.
Alternatively should this be the wish of Her Majesty The
Queen, the Court of Parliament shall dissolve Parliament and await the outcome
of Her Majesty The Queen’s visit to The Bishop of Rome.
In the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Apostle Saint
Peter we pray that it is the will of Almighty God that this Debt Jubilee be
granted for the 15th of August 2013, one thousand seven hundred
years after the Peace of the Church.
Grant of Power
Power is
hereby granted
until the Debt Jubilee by this contemplative Court of Record of the
Sovereign Almighty One Christ, Our Father in Heaven to the House
of Commons and the House of Lords in Westminster to function in their
substantial, non-corporate capacity as the Court of Her Majesty’s
Commonwealth of Nations upon producing One British Sovereign,
lawful coin of the realm of Her Majesty The Queen, held in trust by any one
member for this Court of Record.
Such a
tribunal, holding One British Sovereign of lawful money, has One British
Sovereign more than all the rest of the world’s gold holdings as we have a Bill
In This Court of Record before Almighty God and the Apostolic See of
Saint Peter for the entire balance of gold ever taken by fraud and war plus
damages.
Overcoming the negative mental
states
In the Dhammapada127 of Buddha, we can find in simple
language that confirms the teachings of Christ, that by holding on to That Mind
which precedes all metal states, we can choose Christ over Caesar and Shylock –
and overcome the negative mental states128 that arise from the contemplation of
history and ought-to-be thinking:

Mind is their chief; they are all mind-wrought.
If with an impure mind a person speaks or acts
suffering follows him
like the wheel that follows the foot of the ox.

Those who harbour such thoughts
do not still their hatred.

still their hatred.
· Hatred is never appeased by hatred in this world.
By non-hatred alone is hatred
appeased.
This is a law eternal.

Christian kingdom of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Queen of the Commonwealth

Court of Parliament have the mercy of Our Lord Jesus Christ as its first
principle, equality before the Christian Common Law declared by One Christ, Our
Father in Heaven.
In the
name of Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Apostle Saint Peter we pray that there be
a world debt jubilee and a return to substantial money for all the
Children of Our Lord without distinction of people and nations under the
protection and guidance of Her Majesty The Queen, the Lords Spiritual and
Temporal of the Realm and the Bishop of Rome.
I have
examined my conscience before Almighty God and with full freedom and liberty,
on behalf of our plaintiffs the Children of Our Lord, I have set my hand on
this 28th day of May, in the year 2013 of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
