KATHMANDU, Sept 26: A meeting of the Constitutional-Political Dialogue and Consensus Committee (CPDCC) has agreed to provide special citizenship to the non-resident Nepalis (NRNs) and ex-British Gurkhas on Friday.

A CPDCC meeting held in Singha Durbar today has struck a deal to codify the provision in the new constitution to provide NRNs and ex British Gurkhas special citizenship that will ensure all rights except political rights.
