Hi, for some time now someone in the Grove been making a lot of noise every night approx. 12:15am. Sounds to me like a chanting / weird prayer - no offense but don't know what else describes it best. I have no problem with people praying but please keep it down at this hr! If someone had a music up at this hr I'm sure there would be Gardai involved and this is nothing different. It's noisy and last for an hr every night!
