I was listening to 98fm today and they ran a report saying homeless people are being rehomed in ghost estate Belmayne! Apparently 200 apartments have been zoned for social housing after Nama /DCC gave them to Cluid Housing to redevelop. The report went onto say what state the units were in, not fit for use and continued on the ghost estate theme!! The piece on 98fms website features photos of Castlemoyne.
Does anyone know anything about this? I emailed the management company today about it. Just looking to get some thoughts on it from residents of the estate.
