Fr. Robert Colaresi, O.Carm. and Chris Ragusa, CFRE received the 2016 Awards for Distinguished Service at the 48th annual NCDC Conference and Exposition on Tuesday, October 11 at the Gaylord National Resort in National Harbor, MD. The Awards are given to individuals who have made significant service contributions to the National Catholic Development Conference (NCDC), as well as the Catholic fundraising profession.

Fr. Robert (Bob) Colaresi, O.Carm. received the 2016 Bishop Robert F. Morneau Award for Distinguished Service, which is given to an active or associate member who has actively supported and promoted the mission of NCDC in an extraordinary way.  As the Executive Director of the Society of the Little Flower (Darien, IL), Fr. Bob served as Chair of the NCDC Board of Directors for three years, an additional three years on the Board, on various committees, spoke at our conferences and programs, and has hosted countless NCDC gatherings, including Chicago regional programs, the large volume mailers group and the Fundamentals and More program for new fundraisers. He always exudes a spirit of generosity both with his time and resources for NCDC and all fundraisers.

Chris Ragusa, CFRE received the 2016 George T. Holloway Award for Distinguished Service, which is given to a corporate partner who has actively supported and promoted the mission of NCDC in an extraordinary way . Ms. Ragusa, President and CEO of Estee Marketing Group, Inc. (New Rochelle, NY) served as a Corporate Advisor to the NCDC Board from 2011 – 2014. She has also volunteered her time serving on various NCDC Committees, including the Conference Planning Committee, Professional Development Committee, and Resource Development Committee.
