# Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all sales/reporting efforts for Guest Services Sales Channel.
** MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Plans, develops, solicits and negotiates opportunities to increase ticket sales/market share with accounts through direct sales calls (via phone and travel), special promotions, lead follow up to achieve objectives for sales volume and revenues. Follows up on all sales leads received in a timely manner, inputs and tracks accounts in Salesforce.
* Promotes UOR programs and products by conducting meetings with key account contacts. Maintains contact with active accounts and promote repeat business. Follows up with accounts for future leads and referrals on opportunities with other members of their organization. Follows up to insure seamless implementation of programs, as well as to deepen the buy-in within the account’s organization of existing programs
* Prepares custom sales proposals and negotiates service contracts to reflect the requirements of the prospective clients. Negotiates rates and prices based on the market place and value of business. Documents and maintains accurate records (client profiles) of each account and their activity
* Attends local organization meetings/trainings to keep abreast of industry. Maintains current knowledge on all UO programs, including activities in parks and CityWalk plus our three hotels to be a useful resource for clients
* Provides leadership, direction, coaching, and development opportunities to assigned coordinator
* Track social media program results and report on those findings, as well as assist in active “listening” to the social media community, regularly reporting on those findings.
* Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
# Qualifications/Requirements
**EDUCATION:** Bachelor''s degree from a four-year college or university in Business or Hospitality Sales required.
**EXPERIENCE:** 5-7 Years sales experience in the hospitality industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
