POSITION OVERVIEW:The Windy City Bulls are the NBA D-League affiliate of the Chicago Bulls and will begin its inaugural season at Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, IL in November, 2016.This seasonal position will work an average of 20 hours per week from October 2016 through March 2017. The position is responsible for supporting the Community Relations & Communications Staff throughout the 24-game season.The position will report to the Community Relations & Communications Manager.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist the community relations & communications staff with the successful execution of all aspects of each department’s objectives and goals.Assist the Community Relations & Communications Manager with the planning and organization of all community relations activities.Communicate with local organizations to strategically identify opportunities for the Windy City Bulls to maximize its resources in the communityEnsure that community relations activities align with the organization’s business objectives and goals for building relationships and goodwill.Assist in securing appearance requests for players, coaches and front office personnel in the community.Perform data entry to grow the organization’s various sales databases.Participate in providing great customer service experiences to all guests of the organization both on and off-site.Visit with local organizations and groups during game dates to ensure all expectations are being met.Assist in the
