3 Lists Of Freedom

Chris shares his 3 List of Freedom Exercise to help us understand what exactly we should be handing off to others, to free up more time for other more important high level activities in both our business and lives.

Divide a sheet a paper into three columns, and list the following:

In the first column, list the tasks you DO NOT like to do in your business. You hate them, but you know that your business demands that you do these types of tasks.

In the second column, list all the tasks you CANNOT simply do and you struggle with yourself.

In the third column, list all the tasks you can do, and might even enjoy doing, but you SHOULD NOT do, as the business owner on a day to day basis.

That third one is a tough one, because you might enjoy and be good at doing these tasks, but the questions to ask yourself is, should I be doing them as the business owner? Is my time potentially better invested in the business by spending my time on more high level activities, such as more time with clients, developing a new product etc?

As entrepreneurs, time is our most valuable commodity (MVC). We should invest our time as wisely as we can.

You have one ingredient that is original, and that’s YOU!
