Project Manager

Your Responsibilities:

Identify and assess gas utilization and other opportunities in OMV Yemen block with the objective to maximize added value.

Develop and execute project plans; in particular, gas utilization and export facilities projects.

Identify opportunities for value generation in OMV Yemen block.

Review market for technologies that could add value and establish / maintain contacts with potential suppliers.

Develop work scope and budget estimate for feasibility study of identified opportunities.

Lead the project governance project, including preparation of gate reviews and tollgates.

Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize the design for operability of facilities.

Your Profile:

Bachelor´s degree in Engineering/ Petroleum Engineering or any other relevant subject

More than 10 years works experience in the E&P industry with minimum of 5 years in a leading position

Fluent English skills and ability to work in multi-cultural environment

PC literate in MS Windows and MS Office

Construction Manager (Oil Export Pipeline)

Your Responsibilities:

 

        Provide leadership and direction in coordination of the oil export pipeline (OEP) project interfaces for various contractors and vendors during works execution.

        Supporting the OEP project manager, manage the interfaces of the OEP pipeline, the metering skid(s), the ICSS-package and the CCS-system towards the CPF-facility which are concurrent with other Contractor activities (Civil, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation).

        Analyze in detail the respective Contractor’s activities towards project interfaces to identify clashes, milestones to be met etc.

        Amongst the Contractors perform interface alert management as required, document and resolve issues on the spot.

        Review and amend the project construction and commissioning procedures and drawings prepared by all the relevant execution contractors to identify possible misalignments.

        Coordinate survey interface issues with geotechnical surveyors as related to the project activities.

        Assist in coordinating interfaces with the QA/QC, permitting and HSE functions, as appropriate, for all project matters.

Your Profile:

Bachelor´s degree in Piping & Pipeline/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument Engineering or any other relevant subject.

More than 10 years works experience in the E&P industry with minimum of 7 years in a construction leading position

Your Responsibilities:

Support the main- and sub-contractors projects construction team for the piping, pipeline and mechanical disciplines of the OEP-project and act as a project manager in providing site knowledge, being involved in site coordination issues during dismantling, construction and commissioning process on site in a safe, high quality standards, structured and cost effective manner whilst maintaining the company’ reputation and ensuring consistent delivery over the Project directly to operations.

Ensure that all construction operations are executed in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Safety Management and Permit to Work system.

Immediately respond to upsets/emergencies during the day-to-day construction activities, which can include injuries, gas and fires etc.

Act as the Company’s performing authority with permit to work signing responsibility.

Act as Company Construction Supervisor during decommissioning, construction and commissioning activities at various locations and along the pipeline route.

Project Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

 Strongly liaise with the asset development manager (project owner) to highlight and inform about risks and issues. Advising and supporting the project owner during the recruitment of operators and maintenance personnel for the future plant.

Providing assistance to the central maintenance department for the set-up of the maintenance strategy for the overall facilities including the upstream pipelines, the compressor station, the downstream pipeline and the fiscal metering skid.

Assisting in setting up the future plant functional location structure within the SAP-PM system including settlement of cost centers, equipment- and material description and bills of material settlement.

Act as a deputy project manager, being part of the project reporting function towards the line management, the project steering committee, the turnaround meeting and the OMV board in Vienna.

Representing the project organization and the company in Yemen towards the involved communities, tribes and governmental authorities.

Leading the set-up of contracts towards main- and sub-contractors. Strongly liaise with supporting departments i.e. legal, procurement, tax and insurance etc.

Ensuring appropriate technical support to line managers and Company departments in decision making for any change proposals/requests.

MRP Controller (Materials Requirements Planning)

Your Responsibilities:

Determine and control the optimum level of stock for materials supply in the field through forecasting in alignment with end-users.

Plan and review MRP List Stock, requirements list and material reservation requests and handle them using SAP system technology to issue/intercept purchase requisitions of items.

Analyze spare parts usage and recommend changes of MRP data

Forecast material requirements based on MRP Run in SAP system and analyze accuracy of Master Data in replenishment suggestion.

Recommend changes to inventory levels based on supply/demand analysis.

Analyze inventory minimum and maximum levels (Safety stock) for stock items.

Replenishment of stock items, generate PRs, monitoring critical and shut down PR s

Identify, prevent and reduce dormant and slow moving stock

Handle the material issues, like high quantity reservation, either to reflect new levels of demand, confirm the reserved quantity, or review – with your supervisor – the new materials to allocate planning and stocking parameters.

Keep updating the material movement data in SAP or DataStream system in daily bases.

Your Profile:

Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, IT or any other relevant subject.

More than 5 years works experience.

Fluent English skills and ability to work in multi-cultural environment

PC literate in MS Windows, MS Office, and Computerized Materials Management Systems, ideally experienced with the SAP and Data Stream Systems and documentation trails.

QA/QC Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

Support and enforce the Company’s project objectives and directives.

Support and implement the Project Management System (Plan, Procedures, and specifications).

Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and monitor the key performance indicators.

Review contractor’s QA/QC plans and procedures to verify if they comply with contractual obligations and establish how Contractor ensures adherence with its procedures/ processes approved by its management.

Review records and/or participate in internal or external audits performed by Company or Contractor.

Provide input covering quality aspects in the project weekly and monthly report.

 Advise the Project Manager regarding the needs for quality audits on the Contractor/Subcontractor and their Suppliers/Vendors (and perform the same when possible).

Review Contractor’s purchase orders to verify if the contractual QA/QC requirements have been included in the required documentation..

Review Contractor’s project quality plans and approve inspection & test plans to verify that Contractor is performing all required inspections and witnessing all required tests.

Your Profile:

  Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or Equivalent..

  More than 5 years’ work experience.

  Fluent English skills and ability to work in multi-cultural environment
