Hi Board!
After living out my dreams and owning a professionally built race car from the ground up it is time to relinquish this investment and expand my family. This is a 2004 BMW E46 M3 shell purchased in 2009 BRAND NEW. The shell was completely fresh at the time of purchase in 2009 as it has never seen the street. It is a non VIN numbered chassis from BMW (not a Motorsport chassis). The car will come with a build number sheet from BMW to prove it is a factory chassis. The car was completely built by Scott Branham (former World Challenge crew chief) and owner of Rev Works located in Winter Springs here in Central Florida. It weighs under 2,700 lbs dry with no fuel (scale sheet in hand).
Several options are in order for a potential buyer to consider:
> High Performance Drivers Education (HPDE) – this happens to be my mainstay with 99% of my events residing in this category.
> NASA Time Trials.
> NASA GTS 4 or GTS5 – with some changes to the car.
> SCCA.
> Time Attack.
Several of my trusted HPDE friends have driven the car and said it is the most fun on 4 wheels they have ever had. The car has run fast times considering I don’t drive it at 100% as I always leave a little on the table for correction(s) and safety. Here are my best lap times over the past 4 years:
Sebring – 2:20
Homestead – 1:35
Road Atlanta – 1:35
VIR – 2:06
This will be a turnkey package for someone who either wants to race competitively or have a fun and reliable car to go fast. I have run it 4 seasons and this car leaves a smile on my face every time. Every part of this car has been maintained professionally including oil, transmission, and rear diff fluid changes every two weekends. The bare chassis has less than 5,000 miles and there are no incidents on track meaning the car is flawless.
This car has over $125,000 invested over the last 4 years professionally. No corners were cut with this build as I had built two race cars prior to this and have learned each time the better assortment of parts. It won 1st place at Homestead Raceway in the TTS category back in January of 2012 when I did a NASA time trial event there (my first and only *points* timed event with NASA). Also it was a top 20 finisher (July 2012) in the Grassroots Ultimate Track Car Challenge at Virginia International Raceway whereby there were 60 cars in attendance. The car ended up making that months’ magazine article being in the top 20.
Below are the build components the car has:
Chassis
> MazWorx / RevWorks 10 point custom welded cage (NASA, SCCA legal) with A-pillar plates and diff reinforcement.

Why buy this race car? Quite simply it is one of the cleanest cars on the market and you will also have a fresh suspension and a fresh wrap job done just a couple of months ago ($5k worth of parts and wrapping). In addition it had the following work done in September 2014:
> Race Alignment
> Race Corner Weight Scaling
> Oil change
> Transmission fluid change
The car has a full tank of fuel and is ready to go to a new home that will care for her the way that I did!!
TRAILER OPTION
In Addition to the car I have a 2006 20ft Pace Rallye trailer that was completely *made-over* on the inside a couple of months ago including brand new RaceDeck flooring and fresh interior paint. It has tables, cabinets, toolbox, fluid holders, chair holders, A/C system, shore power plugs, winch system w/ batteries, tire rack, weight distribution hitch, Race Ramps LED lighting throughout interior and exterior etc etc. I have put a lot of money into this trailer over the years. I would prefer to sell this as a package but would be willing to separate them if the pricing was right. $5,000 for this trailer if purchased separately from the race car.
A few pictures of the trailer:

Price is set at $50,000 for the race car and $5,000 for the trailer. If someone were to purchase both I will work with the buyer and reduced the combined price by $2,500.
I WILL NOT PART THIS CAR OUT SO PLEASE DON’T ASK. No warranty is expressed or implied with the sale of this vehicle.
Feel free to contact the car builder Scott Branham or myself (owner) with any questions you may have. You will get a faster response via e-mail versus a private message here on the forum.
