Having participated in most of the IC/PP phone calls I knew I would be in great company at the the Panama City, FL
Master Mind Meeting. Master Oliver and Master Moody are always approachable for any conversation. We began Friday morning with a tour of the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center led by Commander Hung Cao.
Commander Cao is an incredible example of Leadership, Perseverance, and Honor. There is no way to listen to this man and not come away challenged to improve your own Management. Discipline, and Leadership skills.
The meeting itself was full of ideas helping with Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Instruction, and Improving lives (our students and our own). I left Panama City with confidence and ideas that we implemented that Monday to insure better experiences for our students, staff and for the growth of our Martial Arts School. One example: I walked into an elementary that Monday morning and left 2 hours later with a seminar at the end of this month, a summer program and booked for the entire next school year.
One of the best groups I have ever joined.
