A little more than a month remains before the next Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) hits North America once again. Reigning as the largest trade show for electronics and video games on the continent, it’s sure to come back with huge announcements and reveals from June 12 to 16.

E3, put together by the Electronic Software Association (ESA), is a trade-only event exclusive to industry professionals and the media. Though it may not be open to the public, it doesn’t mean the gaming community can’t get involved via livestreams. Press conferences will begin June 12 and continue until the 14th and the show floor will open June 14 to 16.

Press Conferences

EA – June 12, 1:00 p.m. PDT/4:00 p.m. EDT

Livestream: Twitch

What to expect: Games, games and more games. EA’s briefing will be all about new gameplay, unveiling brand new “Titanfall 2,” “Battlefield 5” and “Mass Effect: Andromeda” trailers and demos. In other related news, “Titanfall” developer Respawn Entertainment has confirmed that they are working on a new “Star Wars” title, so it is likely to be mentioned during the show.

Bethesda – June 12, 7:00 p.m. PDT/10:00 p.m. EDT

Livestream: Twitch

What to expect: Last year, Bethesda gave some enticing teases of “DOOM” and “Dishonored 2.” It is likely that these two titles will be the highlight of their show this year, especially after “DOOM”’s disappointing open multiplayer beta. More downloadable content for “Fallout 4” and details on their upcoming free-to-play title “BattleCry” are also expected.

Microsoft – June 13, 9:00 a.m. PDT/12:30 p.m. EDT

Livestream: Twitch | Xbox | XboxLIVE | Spike TV

What to expect:

UPDATE 6/01/16: Rumors for appearance of updated Xbox One hardware have been confirmed, but not for just one console. GameStop executives are hopeful that E3 2016 will reveal both the slim version and “Scorpio” versions of the Xbox One console. More details here.

Original story: Rumors have been flying about a possible updated version of the Xbox One console to compete with Sony’s “PlayStation NEO.” Predictions say that Xbox will reveal the new console during their briefing. Future titles and additions to Xbox One’s backward compatibility library may also hit the announcement lineup.

PCGamer – June 13, 12:00 p.m. PDT/3:00 p.m. EDT

Livestream: PCGamer

What to expect: Little has been announced for PCGamer’s PC Gaming show, but they have shown that they’re focusing their sights on the “golden age” of PC gaming. It’ highly likely that they’ll be showing off more on virtual reality, development and the tools that have made gaming flourish.

Ubisoft – June 13, 1:00 p.m. PDT/4:00p.m. EDT

Livestream: Twitch

What to expect: Aisha Tyler will return once more to host the Ubisoft press conference. Not much has been confirmed from the publisher and developer, but it is highly likely to see new details on DLC for “The Division” and information on upcoming titles like “South Park: The Fractured But Whole,” “For Honor” and “Watch Dogs 2”

Nintendo – June 14, 9:00 a.m. PDT/12:00 EDT

Livestream: Nintendo

What to expect: Nostalgic Japanese gaming company has already broken hearts and confirmed they will not be discussing their mystery console, dubbed the NX, at the conference. Instead, their focus will be turned toward “The Legend of Zelda” for Wii U, despite it being a cross-generation title for both Wii U and the NX. The title was originally announced at E3 2014. No other titles or projects have been announced to appear during the briefing, or if they will continue the tradition of Nintendo Direct broadcasts versus physical appearances.

Sony – TBA

Sony has yet to come forward with their own media briefing confirmation for this year, but will certainly make an appearance at the show. The Japanese gaming company has loads to share this year from PlayStation VR and NEO, as well as upcoming titles such as ”Kingdom Hearts 3,” “NiER: Automata,” “Final Fantasy XV” and more.
