Luxury coach homes are now available within one of the newest and most unique communities to grace the Naples area. The Isles of Collier Preserve, bordered by Naples Bay, Naples Botanical Garden and Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve is touted as one of the region’s newest, eco-friendly communities, a full 2,400 acres of homes, natural habitat and preservation area.

All featuring panoramic views of the area’s natural setting, future owners of the Minto Communities-designed coach homes will bask in the enjoyment of connected recreational trailways, blueways and bike paths, highlighted by natural surroundings and Old Naples-style architectural elements. The impressive homes are also built with energy efficiency and sustainable building standards in mind, as Minto holds the honor of being recently named one of the top green builders in the entire state of Florida.

With coach homes ranging from one- to three-stories, residences of The Isles of Collier Preserve include at least 1,600 square feet, with some homes topping more than 2,900 square feet in size with a two-car garage. Priced starting in the $400,000s, the homes are designed for a low-maintenance lifestyle, yet capitalize on such striking features as a spiral staircase leading to a private nature observation room and balcony, plus luxurious baths and walk-in closets. The two- and three-level homes also offer a private elevator.

Meanwhile, The Isles Club, a 16,000 square foot community gathering spot designed after the historic Naples Beach Hotel, provides an oasis for swimming, tennis, pickleball and fitness, also boasting dining and social options, including a kayak launch and yoga lawn. The master-planned community also offers memberships to a nearby private marina and yacht club, with deep-water access continuing on to the Gulf of Mexico.

In all, The Isles of Collier Preserve offers 43 home designs, all energy efficient. Along with the coach homes, Minto is also offering a number of single-family homes and villas.
