JOB PROFILE:
Support development and maintenance of the SCM process strategy end to end for supply chain management with focus on Master Data processes
Assist in the development of business cases for process initiatives to ensure a tangible analysis behind any initiative.
Install tracking and reporting framework on progress and prepare regular updates to stakeholders through various channels.
Contribute to detailed project planning and milestone tracking relating to implementations.
Assist in the development of documentation, testing and training related to process management activities.
Setup various workshops, summarize results and execute debriefing.
Perform and support various ad hoc analyses as part of process related initiatives.
Execute various data analyses on process performance, identify options to resolve issues and providing recommendation(s) on process optimization.
Assist in the development and maintenance of a process network with other relevant departments and stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE:
Knowledge and preferably working experience in supply chain functions
Good planning and organization skills, and ability to work and deliver in changing environments
Analytical and quantitative abilities
End-to-end supply chain understanding
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and in writing, to interact effectively and efficiently on different layers of the organization
Action oriented and solution minded team player
High degree of self-management, enthusiasm, drive to perform
Excellent English language proficiency; multi-lingual abilities in local languages preferred.
Proficiency in process / project management related tools and software (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Aris)
Willing to invest and increase career development potential
Willingness and ability to travel frequently
A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, logistics, planning, supply chain, information systems, or operations; MBA a plus.
3+ years work experience, ideally in an apparel/fashion supply chain mgmt. or retailing context
Experience in process or project management preferred
International working experience preferred
