Deloitte's Audit Advisory practice advises organisations on how to effectively mitigate risk and make informed and intelligent risk decisions around business processes, technology and operations.
Our Audit Analytics & Controls (AAC) team focuses on supporting the technology assurance requirements of our External Audit practice. This team leverage technology risk, application controls and data analysis techniques to ensure we deliver market leading external audit services.
In light of increased market demand we are seeking to grow our AAC team and are seeking individuals with the drive, leadership and vision to help deliver our current client portfolio and help us develop this portfolio further. We are looking for high performing professionals, from industry or practice, with experience in one of more of the following sectors; Consumer Products, TMT, Energy & Resources, Retail, Manufacturing and Tourism, Hospitality & Leisure (THL). Successful candidates will get the opportunity to work closely with market leading blue chip clients managing technology assurance, analytics & controls projects to help support our external audit services.

Responsibilities
Working with the AAC leads to develop & implement existing & new market propositions across a number of industry sectors.
Delivering a portfolio of large & complex technology engagements across our business
Providing Risk Advisory/Consulting services to Top Tier clients
Building and developing long terms relationships with senior stakeholders across our client organisations
Requirements
To qualify for the role you must have:
Practical experience of working in Technology Risk, Controls & Analytics within a professional services firm or FTSE 350
Experience of developing junior staff and mentoring team members.
Experience of managing large, complex technology, internal audit or risk management programmes for global organisations
Be able to demonstrate a track record in strengthening existing & developing new client relationships
Experience of working on large scale projects within the corporate sector.
Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, challenge the status quo and deliver effectively with what can often be ambiguous requirements.
Experience of building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
Combination of being qualified or part-qualified in one or more of the following: ACCA/ACA/CISA/CISSP/ITIL/Prince2 or equivalent.
Strong technical abilities in audit methodologies, combined with strong business acumen.
Excellent oral and written communication skills proven through extensive report/proposal writing experience.
Strong academics, including a minimum of 2.1 degree or equivalent.
Audit Advisory
The part of Deloitte in which people develop their Risk Consulting careers is known as Audit Advisory. This practice consists of 1200 professionals in 24 offices across the UK. We advise organisations on how to effectively mitigate risk and make informed and intelligent risk decisions to maximise opportunities.
